1. Returns / Refunds
Because wine is a perishable product and must legally be sold to persons aged 21 or older, all sales are final. You cannot return wine simply because you changed your mind. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a review of your case and possible remedy (replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion).
2. How to Submit a Claim

Include your order number, date of delivery, and a photo showing the issue (e.g., broken bottles, leaking package, heat-damage label).

Please keep the wine and packaging until we advise next steps.
3. What We May Offer
Should your claim be valid, we may offer one of the following:

Replacement bottle(s) at no additional cost (subject to availability)

Credit toward a future purchase

Refund to the original payment method (for eligible items only)
Replacement shipments or return shipping (if needed) will be handled at our discretion.
4. Shipping Returns & Carriers
If a returned shipment is required, you must follow our instructions and ship via the carrier we designate. The cost of return shipment will be our responsibility only if we have explicitly agreed. If you initiate an unsanctioned return shipment, it may not be accepted or credited.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Failure to Deliver
Because wine shipping is regulated and time-sensitive:

An adult (21+) must be available to sign at delivery.

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery (e.g., no one 21+ sign, or delivery address error), we may contact you and you will have 14 days to arrange redelivery. After 14 days, we are not responsible for storage or quality decline and may cancel the order with no refund.

Shipping to states where direct wine shipping is prohibited will be canceled (see our Shipping & Compliance page) and you will be notified promptly.
6. Exceptions & Limitations

Claims based solely on taste preference or “I changed my mind” are not eligible.

We cannot accept returns if wine has been opened, consumed, or stored improperly (e.g., extreme heat exposure) after deliver y.

Damage caused by common carrier after delivery has been accepted is the purchaser’s responsibility unless the issue was reported to us within 14 days.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
We make every effort to ship wine in excellent condition, but given the nature of the product and external shipping variables (heat, transit delays, handling), we cannot guarantee the condition forever. Your cooperation in inspecting your shipment promptly and reporting any issues within the specified timeframe helps ensure eligibility for remedy.
